Owner was very nice and the facility was clean and comfortable. Breakfast burrito was very good.
Great value. Clean room. Very friendly staff and complimentary breakfast. Despite the small room size, we were able to find room to open our two large suitcases. We just needed a place to sleep for the night and were happy with the TV and small refrigerator. It was nice to have our car parked close by.
We really like the breakfast burritos! They keep us going all morning! The location is very convenient. It’s right on the way to Carlsbad Caverns, where we were going. It’s very clean, and the room size is just right!

The price and location was superb. The employees we dealt with cheerful and helpful. The rooms were small (by design to keep the price down), but cleverly designed to maximize space. The breakfast burritos were excellent!

It was exactly like the photos online. It was no fluff simple but clean. It was close enough to Carlsbad Caverns that we could get up and drive there in the morning. The first morning we stayed we were offered homemade breakfast burritos. We had a lovely chat with the owner who was very friendly.
It is very clean and comfortable. Staffs are nice. The toilette is good. Breakfast includes a burrito.
